Terms of Service for my Commissions

  • Due to a rise in scammers on discord, when you DM me please state that you are contacting me about a commission with the proper info!

  • For security reasons, payment must be up front!

  • Feel free to repost online WITH CREDIT! My socials are cryptic-data pretty much everywhere, just tagging me will be fine!

  • Do not use my art for any sort of NFTs, AI or cryptocurrency.

  • Turnaround time is anywhere between 1 week - 2 months depending on complexity and personal life interference (please keep in mind I am also physically / mentally disabled as well, but I will always keep you updated if anything comes up).

  • NSFW commissions will not be done unless I have 100% confirmation that you, the client are 20+ years of age.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request that makes me uncomfortable.

Terms of Use for my Adoptables

  • 48 hours for last call bid(s)! No false bidding, and please make sure you are able to pay (at minimum) a week after the final bid ends. Ghosting will result in getting blocked.

  • Regifting and reselling is okay but please notify me beforehand. I'm iffy with retrading but willing to negotiate.

  • If reselling, please DO NOT sell for more than what the character is originally worth UNLESS there is more art attached to it.

  • Please do not completely change the design or species.

  • Do NOT use my adoptable designs for NFTs, AI, or problematic things.

  • Please DO credit me for the design, and feel free to tag me in any art you make / have made of the adoptable design!
